  • Registration fee includes brief information about a company in the official fair catalogue, badges and free invitation cards.
  • Rent of complete furnished package includes electro supply source connection and consumption of the lighting electric power.
  • Rent of space only does not include either electro supply source connection and consumption of the lighting electric power or carpet.
  • In case of two-storied booth construction and exposition allocation outside the pavilion, the 2nd store and open area exposition space is paid 50 % rate of non-equipped space.
Minimum booth size is 9 sq.m.

Payment schedule: The company which has signed the contract on participation in the exhibition, pays registration fee of EUR 200.00 and 50% of the overall sum of the contract within 3 days what is a confirmation on reserving the booth at the exhibition, the next 50% the company pays till July 10, 2012.

Please, sign the contract and return it along with your deposit to the organizers of the exhibition. In its turn, the administration of the exhibition returns the signed contract and booth number confirmation.

Exhibit space must be paid in full before any Exhibitor will be permitted to install his display. Management reserves the right to relocate Exhibitor to space other than specified above. Cancellation of this contract will be accepted only at the sole discretion of the Management. Upon such acceptance, Management shall have the right to retain as liquidated damages and not as a penalty all amounts then paid by Exhibitor (and due from him) up to the time of cancellation pursuant to the "payment schedule" section of the contract for exhibition space.

Under the present application our company admits all the positions of general conditions of participation and other documents, concerning participation in international exhibitions. We guarantee the payment on the offered price in schedule dates.
